Registration Information

Congratulations! 

We have accepted all applicants as of our March 15, 2013 lottery date! Welcome to the Merit Prep family. If you were accepted into the 6th grade class for 2013-2014 here are the next steps:

1. You will recieve a letter in the mail notifying you of your acceptance. Sign and return the enclosed form by April 1, 2013 to confirm and hold the student's seat. 

2. Attend a Parent Orientation on April 16th or April 18th from 5:30-7:30pm. At this session you'll tour the school, meet the team and pick up important registration documents. 

3. Submit completed enrollment documents at Registration Days on July 17th or July 18th. A complete registration packet includes a transfer card completed form your student's previous school, a copy of the child's birth certificate, copies of 3 forms of proof of residency, completion of a physical and all required immunizations and purchasing a required Merit Prep uniform. 

It is important to complete this information in a timely and accurate manner. If we do not receive registration materials by the required deadlines stated above, we will fill the spot with another student from our waitlist. 

We maintain a waitlist for up to one year and continue to pull students off it throughout the year. Please keep us updated with your latest contact information.
